Meeting Jesus.. Following Jesus .. Serving Jesus
'We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone mature in Christ' Colossians 1:28
All of the youth activities at All Saints' are centred around bringing young people along in their Christian journey. We understand that the Christian journey is a lifelong adventure and, as such, our youth ministry offers young people an experience of the living God which they can test and explore within the context of their daily lives. Recognizing Jesus Christ as the full and complete revelation of God, one of the main goals of our youth ministry is to have young people meet, follow and serve Jesus. The process is not static and our young people are encouraged, through the variety of events and learning opportunities we provide, to move forward in an exploration of their faith as they move forward in their teen years. Life is not always easy and life as a teenager can be especially challenging and fraught with conflicting emotions, thoughts and beliefs. The youth ministry at All Saints' attempts to address some of these challenges and struggles through relevant discussions and teaching as well as by providing a safe and healthy group in which young people can make friends and ask questions. The Christian journey is an exciting, lifelong adventure and as we encounter Jesus, our lives become transformed by the experience and we are blessed with a rich and deep faith through which we can continue to live. Come join us on the journey...

Junior High Group |
Young people in grades 6, 7 and 8 meet twice a month for a variety of wacky and wild activities. From Banana Night to Hawaiian Night, this group enjoys a regular time of fellowship and fun. During our Friday night events there is a time for ‘hanging out with friends’, playing some crazy games, learning about our Christian faith and chowing down on some highly nutritious snacks!! There are roughly 25 young people who attend our Friday night events. Some of them are young people from the church and many of them are young people from our community who come with a friend. Along with our Friday night events, the junior high group occasionally participates in special events such as camping, a retreat, outreach and community service projects as well as faith based learning events such as the 40 Day Bible Adventure. If you are interested in joining our group please feel free to call or e-mail Connie at

Dramatically Driven |
Those with a flair for the dramatic, those with a desire to act and speak in public and those who like to have fun and be creative can all find their place in this group. We have just completed our 6th season and it has been even more successful than the previous three!
Meeting on Tuesday evenings, this group prepares skits, dramas, readings and prayers for 9:30am Youth Services and All Age Liturgies. Some of the highlights of the group have been: ‘Who wants to be a Christian?’, ‘Symbols of the Passion’ – A Palm Sunday drama, and special prayers for Remembrance Day. Through the acting out of Bible stories and the writing of scripts to be used in the Sunday worship, this group has learned a great deal about their faith and how God wants them to live. Not only do we learn a lot but we also have a whole lot of fun. Through our weekly spark time, our ‘hanging out’ time and our practices, the members of the group have formed a unique bond and enjoy the time they spend together. I would invite you to consider joining this unique group. |

Senior High Group |
We meet twice a month on Saturday evenings for large group events and relevant discussions about how our faith and our world fit together. Some of our more recent adventures have included: bowling, Goofy Olympics, a Car Rally, Wacky Mini Golf and an Alphabet Scavenger Hunt. Along with meeting together for large events.
This group tries to understand and explore issues of faith through special events such as the 30 Hour Famine, SPLASH: a summer Bible study & swim, packing Christmas hampers for people less fortunate than ourselves who live in our city and time away on retreat for extended fun and learning.
As young people move from the Junior High Group to the High School Group they continue to enjoy times of outrageous fun and fellowship and yet at the same time they also begin to explore more deeply their faith journey and how to walk with Jesus through their teen years.
